The Turkish coastal real estate market is highly competitive, especially in resort regions such as Bodrum, Antalya, and Fethiye. The client needed to:
- Launch a centralized online portal to showcase properties from multiple agencies and developers.
- Enable advanced property search, including location filtering, amenities, investment value, and proximity to landmarks.
- Attract international buyers with localized language support and interactive content.
- Provide agencies with easy tools to manage listings, respond to inquiries, and track buyer interest.
- Improve property visibility with map-based navigation and high-speed search capabilities.
Solution
The objective of this project was to develop a centralized web portal to streamline the daily operations of multiple real estate agencies and property developers focused on resort locations throughout Turkey. Prior to launch, property listings were fragmented across various platforms and communication channels, making it challenging for international buyers to evaluate options or receive timely responses.
We created a unified system that enables partner agencies to manage listings through a shared interface, including multilingual support for media, descriptions, and pricing. Buyers can search properties using detailed filters—such as location, amenities, and price range—or navigate through an interactive map. Inquiries are automatically routed to the appropriate agency, facilitating direct communication and lead tracking. Each partner also has access to a private dashboard for managing their inventory and monitoring buyer engagement.
The platform was built with long-term scalability in mind, featuring fast search capabilities, multi-language content management, and an architecture that supports easy onboarding of new agencies. As a result, the client gained a single digital hub to coordinate and promote resort real estate across regions—enhancing internal efficiency and improving visibility among global audiences.
