Business Challenge

The client aimed to bring together fragmented restaurant tools — such as delivery integration, table reservations, loyalty programs, and staff management — into one unified SaaS product that could be offered to restaurants of different sizes. Their goals included:

  • Allowing restaurants to manage in-house and third-party delivery through one system
  • Supporting digital ordering (web, app, and in-store kiosks) with full kitchen and POS integration

Solution

The client approached us with the goal of developing a unified software solution to streamline daily restaurant operations. At the time, most of their partner restaurants relied on a fragmented set of tools — separate platforms for delivery, reservations, and loyalty programs — without a centralized system to manage all aspects of their business. Our objective was to build a comprehensive solution that could consolidate these functions within a single interface.

We began by structuring the system into modular components aligned with real-world restaurant workflows: order processing, kitchen operations, staff management (including in-house and delivery personnel), and customer relationship tracking. The administrative panel enables managers to update menus, define delivery zones, manage staff schedules, and monitor ongoing activities throughout the day. The kitchen interface is directly linked to incoming orders, allowing staff to track order progress and reduce miscommunication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

For end users, we developed a mobile application that supports delivery and pickup ordering, table reservations, and loyalty point accumulation. The platform is integrated with major payment providers, including Stripe and Square, allowing restaurants to choose the solution that fits their operational needs. Most features were designed with multi-tenant support in mind, making the system adaptable for use in a SaaS model that can serve a wide range of restaurant businesses from a single codebase.
